The office is like walking into serenity. Its very warm,inviting and peaceful. I feel so relaxed after my therapeutic massage. They are fabulous!! I give them a "5" star rating.

I purchased a one hour massage at Breath of Life Health and Wellness Center a few months ago on one of the "coupon sites". I noticed the deal was set to expire soon, so I wanted to call to make an appointment for myself before it did. I called earlier today, July 4th, thinking that if they were closed for the holiday I could just leave a message, no big deal. Someone answered the phone, so I let her know I was interested in scheduling a massage (not mentioning the day I intended to make the appointment for and certainly not wanting to schedule one for the day since it was a holiday). The woman’s response to me was, in an extremely rude tone, “Hunnie, we’re closed, it is the holiday…”. I’m not sure why she answered the phone then, or why she assumed I wanted to schedule the massage for the holiday, but I have never received such poor customer service in my life. I am so turned off, I certainly do not want to and WILL NOT give this establishment my business. There are plenty of other businesses out there just like this one that I am sure will give outstanding service.
