The owner is RUDE, unprofessional, incompetent to say the best. She had to have her money upfront and once she got it all promises were broken. We had NOTHING but trouble, our order was LATE and she wouldn't return phone calls or emails. One of the blinds broke within the first week and another was the wrong size. She wouldn't return these phone calls or emails either. It's been almost 6 weeks since the last I heard of heard, I've called more than 10 times leaving patient messages and at least 10 more time leaving urgent messages, I've emailed and *NO* Response. I've asked for an invoice that she promised me on many occasions and still NO invoice. I've asked for a receipt and NO response. This lady will take your money and blow you off. Worst business I've EVER dealt with.
