I went to Big Bend Automotive with my Mercedes, called AAA because my car would not start, AAA informed me it was not my battery, was the alternator. My father has gone to this business to get car work done for over 5 years but my experience was definitely unsatisfactory! I gave Mike the mechanic $900 to start working on my car (needs a transmission) and he came to my work the NEXT DAY asking if I had anymore money for him! RED FLAG! between my father and I he has gotten $1600 and a month later I still do not have my car back. Definitely wont be going back to get work on my car done there!
