Mike is my new best friend!! Super nice guy that had the part I needed. It was just an inner tube, but nobody in the area had a 10x2./2.125. One guy at another store argued with me that there was "no such size." So I called Bicycles of Kirkwood and this wonderful man named "Mike" answered the phone. When my son's rear wheel developed a bad hub-just days before leaving for a big national race on the east coast-I didn't have to think twice-'Call Mike over at Bicycles of Kirkwood'. I go to B of K because I trust the staff (you too, Mike's Mom!). My son can't be second guessing his bike. So when things don't go right, we don't think twice either.
