December 2009 I made a purchase from this business. I returned the item within there seven day policy, actually two days later. However, as expected the owner found a reason not to refund my money. I was accused of using the item because I simply opened the package to obtain a better view of it. The packaged item was deceiving, hence it would not meet my needs. I return the item neatly packaged.

There are many beauty supply places to choose, I simply refuse to get my money to a someone who does not value a customer especially for a $14.00 item.

Bought a relaxer at this location, which was bad.. Told owner how bad it burned my scalp that i had to receive treatment from my doctor and he laughed.. I didnt think that was anything of humor, but o was tryin to let them know before it causes some legal issues..
