I have been a patient of Dr. Firth for the last four months and it has been a real good experience for me. The staff there is exceptional they treat you with the up most respect. The day I came for my consultation was very exciting for me because I always wanted to have braces. My consultant was very knowledgeable about the different types of braces at what would be best for me and my budget. The service there is so quick and that’s what I like since I’m a parent of three children and my time is very valuable. Dr. Firth is extremely nice and down to earth compared to most orthodontist who are just there to there job and collect your money without getting to know their patient. Therefore I will always recommend someone and speak very highly of this office.

My daughter Lauryn was 8 years old when we went for her first consultation at Bankhead and Firth. Upon their recommendation, we agreed to the 2 phase braces/retainers. Our family was so comfortable with Dr. Firth on the initial consultation that we did not hesitate. She was in her braces for a little over a year; the entire staff always made our appointment a pleasant one. They pay close attention to making sure you get in and out quickly, and realize that schedules are busy. Lauryn was nervous and excited at first and they made her so comfortable. The environment makes orthodontics a fun experience. They all speak directly to each child as they are as important as the parent. I especially like that each technician comes out with her to speak with me after the appointment to give me feedback on progress and any concerns.



On the appointment that she had her braces taken off it was a celebration. She received a balloon and a bag of braces “no-no’s”, gum, popcorn, taffy, etc. She has had nothing but a great experience so far from braces to retainers. She almost looks forward to getting her second phase of braces!

We were under the care of another orthodontist and -for several reasons- it just didn't feel "right".



Our first visit to Dr. Firth's office made me wish we had gone there first. Complelely professional, courteous, caring and effient. Every singe person, every single visit, every singel phone call. I have never felt like I was bothering anyone, and people practically fall over themselves to accommodate us.



Besides that, Jack's teeth have moved so quickly already....it's hard to imagine. He already looks like a different young man.



There is not one thing I would change about our experinces with Dr. Firth's office.

My mother took my niece here to finish up her braces because they just moved here from CA. They were quoted a price (in writing) of $160 per month and were told that it would likely take 6 months or less. Today my mother took my niece to her scheduled appointment. She had to take my niece out of school early. Upon her arrival, she learned that the appointment had been cancelled, but they never called her to cancel the appointment. They called my mother later in the day and told her that the braces would cost almost $1,400 even though they previously said it would only be around $960 or less. I would never deal with this doctor or his office again. How unprofessional. I would give zero stars if possible.
