Owner = Initially unresponsive, until he realizes that continuing to ignore you will cost him revenue.
Project Manager (PM) = Racist

Pros
- Completed project around the estimated completion time
- Nice looking and functional product
- Responsive PM and owner after he initially ignores you

Cons
- PM will argue with you about the location of the project, although you clearly state exactly where you want the project located
- Baker Remodeling charged me 12.5 times more than the cost of the requested adjustments, outside of the original contract total. i.e. centering a door, not installing it or removing it, simply centering it, cost 12.5 times more than the necessary labor
- No communication among all the players (minority workers, PM, Owner, PM’s father). When I spoke with any of those players regarding project details, the info was not communicated to the other players and there was always confusion, which cost more time and sometimes money.
- 1 year warranty on Baker Remodeling builds, not renovations
