Typical BRU store, great selection on tons of different items. I would say half of the employees are wonderful; the other half always have me leaving the store in a bad mood.

As a new dad, I was all exited about an item that was given to my child by her grandma, the item was schedulle to arrive at this store; the store never called me to tell me if the item was in, so I called the store to find out what had happened.



I called 3 times, and who ever answered put me on hold for a long time and never came back, so I hung up and called back again and once again they put me on hold and never came back to the line, so I called back again and asked for a supervisor and explained my concern to the supervisor, and she acted like she didn't care, never apologized to me, never gave an excused, or even an explanation.



Then after I explained the problem to her, she put me on hold again, but a least this time she came back to the line periodically to tell me what she was doing. I lost over 30 minutes just trying to speak with some one and tell them the reason for my call.



I was considering Babies R Us to purchase future baby needs, but I'm not sure if I want to do that anymore.



Bad, bad service.

This store has anything and everything for babies and the mothers/fathers. It is almost like a fairyland of shopping. The registry is fantastic to shop for expectant mothers. I cannot wait to be a grandmother to have a reason to shop there on a regular basis!
