Who is the ringleader of this circus???

I was at this location trying to purchase a set of brake pads on a sat morning. There were 2 sales reps and 1 manager working at the time. One guy couldnt work the cash register effectively and the other guy basically argued with an older customer for about 20 mins while the line was out the door! I don't know what the manager was doing but I stood in line for about 35mins. I'm still asking myself why did I stay in line that long...
