I traded the car I bought with this company and they continued to draft my account. After being told I will receive a call with an explaination several times (and not getting a phone call) I stopped by the office to bring paperwork and clear up the matter. I was immediately yelled at and demeaned in the lobby. The person I spoke with, Nancy, refused to let me speak with a manager. She yelled and several times walked away slamming the door to her office! I could actually hear her cursing and screaming in her office. I have never been treated in this manner and was truly embarrassed. I was a dedicated customer, never late with one payment for three years and was appalled by her rude, disrespectful behavior. I never once raised my voice and she never addressed the issue. It is a shame I have to go out of my neighborhood to be treated with respect, but I will never advise anyone to do business with this company!

Haven't had the car for 30 days and thought that regardless to the year Limited warranty you still have 30 to decided on if u wanted the car ...well i was wrong on day 25 my heat went out ..now mind u when i had my tire pressure light on they sent it straight to there mechanics and they got the light turned off but when i asked my sister to call and see if they could fix my heat inspite of me having the car under 30 days they said the could but I WOULD have to pay .So i woke up early today to talk to they guy who hand picks the car for me and he basically said i couldn't change what i have because they don't do 30 day warranty and it was now my responsibility. They are full of it there is noooooo way i should be dealing with a heat problem or anything like this in the cold winter months now im stuck with a vehicle i no longer want and i refused to pay There mechanic for something i should be getting done for free DON'T GET A CAR FROM NONE OF THE AUTO BUY CREDIT COMPANIES THE WARRANTY ONLY COVERS A FEW MAJOR THINGS BUT EVEN WITH THAT ITS ONLY FOR A YEAR OR FOR 12000 MILES DOOOOONNNNNT GOOOOOOOOOOOO. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP. PLEASES DO.
