I only have great things to say about the service and experiences I had with Austin Layne and the staff. They were top-notch at my Grandmother's funeral and even followed thru with grief consulting without an inquiry. I recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area.

As you and your family are suffering this guttural loss, this most hallowed disbelief, the loss of a child, please do not use these people.



They are unprofessional, they have no sense of decorum, and they can be very disrespectful – airing their grievances at the burial site.



My nephew’s father watched in horror as the Funeral service providers attempt to close the coffin on his very tall son; only to realize they couldn’t; because my nephew’s head was in the way – crying now!



We really enjoyed driving past the family provided limo broken down on the freeway; they were supposed to be on their way to the repast. They provided this service at a considerable cost, $10,000 plus.



The flowers and cards that we're given in respect, were left at the church. We couldn’t thank all of the people who sent condolences; because we don't know who they are; thank u for that as well.



I would not recommend these people.
