Aspen Spa is a GREAT company to do business with! We purchased our second spa from them a few years ago and have been extremely happy with our spa and the professional and friendly customer service that followed. We always try to do business with local operators and have found the family owned and operated Aspen Spa did not disappoint! Their entire staff is knowlegable and always easy to talk with. We have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a well built and reasonably priced spa!!

Aspen Spas is tops in customer service. When we purchased our home 3 years ago we also became owners of an Aspen Spa. Shortly after I contacted them with questions regarding proper care and maintenance. They transferred everything into my name and treated me like the original purchaser from the beginning. The people at Aspen have always been very helpful and have provided me with many great tips over the last few years. They're friendly, courteous and always know what advice to give. Any service I've ever had them do has been on time and very well done. When it's time to buy another spa, Aspen will be the place I go.

Aspen is fantastic. Not only do we love our Aspen hottub, the sales and service staff are fantastic. They set up our hottub in St. Louis, then when we moved to IL, they set it up here for us. We just put in a pool and they came and moved the hottub for us. They are the most friendly, timely and efficient folks. We just can't say enough how pleased we are with Aspen.

We live in Richmond Heights with a postage stamp back yard. We decided to buy a hot tub and thought it made sense to buy from a company that is stable and who designs and manufactures hot tubs in town. ( Easier for maintenance and to buy chemicals and of course support our area businesses!) We bought a smaller tub for 5, but top of the line and love it! The evenings in the tub are very relaxing; but love to get in the tub before work! I can't tell you enough about Aspen Spa; helpful, friendly, reasonable and many tubs to choose for your particular needs. Two years later, we went back and bought an infrared Sauna~so we are now set!

I purchased a great spa from ASPEN 6 years ago, and it performs like new. It is a great feeling to buy from the factory and see where it was made. their support with parts and maintenance is excellent.

I bought my hot tub from Aspen Spas almost 10 years ago and it still looks and works great. Anytime there have been any minor issues in service, they have been very helpful. Aspen Spas had the best deals in St Louis and the best spas! You will not find a better company to do work with and the prices can't be beat.

Definitely buy your hot tub from Aspen Spas! It's a family-run business, and they bend over backwards to help you, whether it's with the purchase of a new hot tub, the service of an existing one, or the purchase of products to maintain the hot tub. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and always out to help you. I have been so impressed with this company, and I have referred my family and friends to them, without hesitation. Their showroom is awesome, and you can show up in your swim suit and try out the various tubs/features. You will not regret buying your hot tub/spa from Aspen Spas. We've had out hot tub for 8 years, and it's still awesome!

This is the place to have your hot tub made. Locally built and most importantly, WARRANTEED, by a fair and competent business. We've had our tub for 10 years and are still running strong. When there's an issue they can fix it. We love it so much, when we moved we had Aspen transport it for us. They do it all. I bought a used/reconditioned spa from aspen 5 years ago. I got a great deal, and more importantly they spent a great deal of time on the phone coaching me on how I could do a lot of the prep work myself to save money. I ran the wires and prepared the site so they could just drop the tub in make the final connections and fill. An older tub is probably more temperamental than a new one, but they have been very fair with repairs and maintenance since then, and are always super professional and responsive. This is an excellent local company!

This place makes the spas righthere in St. Louis. The sales staff are freindly and low-key, but ready to answer any questions. The prices are quite reasonable and the quality is excellent. They stand by their products. I would recommend Aspen Spas to anyone interested in a good quality spa.

I was very happy with my purchase of a Hot Tub and chemicals from Aspen. The salesperson was very honest and we did not have to deal with a pressure sale like other Hot Tub dealers. We were able to go back in the warehouse were he was able to show my husband how the hot tub was made. I took a chemical class and have called them with any chemical question. I really like the free delivery on chemical above $60. We did have a misunderstanding on our order but they worked with us and was able to fix everything. We have had the hot tub for 4 years and have not had any problems with the product.

We are big supporters of local business and American made products, so choosing Aspen Spas was really a no-brainer! Their showroom and their ability to walk you through the ENTIRE process of how a hot tub is made and what is entailed to keep your hot tub in it's best shape is what solidified our purchase with Aspen Spas. We have had only one repair need, and it was seamless. We continue to purchase accessories when needed and have had absolutely no issues with this company. We would recommend this company for the purchase of your hot tub.

Aspen Spas staff is there to help you choose, install and maintain your spa. I tested out all the models in the showroom and ended up buying a tub that I wouldn't have even considered before taking a dunk. They custom build your spa on-site and get it to you in the time frame that they promised. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

When we were ready to put in a hot tub on a new patio we were looking for a place to buy and help us learn maintenance. My sister and her husband had an Aspen tub and the recommended them. We have been very happy with the tub which is used almost daily. The service people are kind and if they can't help you fix something over the phone they set up service right away. We had a lot of questions at the beginning and they answered every one. We are extremely happy with this company.

I bought my spa from Aspen in 2003. I support buying local when possible, and Aspen made this a possible, and wise decision. The family has been great, and they recognize me every time I walk in to buy chemicals. The spa has been terrific, with only minor issues which I was mostly able to deal with myself. It's a quality built product and I have no doubt it will last a lot longer! I've recommended two friends to them, one of whom bought a spa -- and Aspen credited my account for this referral, which I wasn't expecting. Cheers to Aspen.

We have had our hot tub from Aspen Spas for over 5 years. We love it and use it year round. Maintenance is simple and the folks at Aspen are very friendly.
