I agree with all of the reviews before mine. I just wish that I had known about these guys prior to signing my lease. I actually went through the Tenant Factory to find a place to live and didn't even hear anything about Arch Property Management until the day I signed the lease So, I feel like I was tricked because I researched the Tenant Factory and found pretty good reviews on them but didn't even know that I should've been researching someone else. Broken AC, grass never getting cut, leaks, water damage, not having a stove for a month, never responding to maintenance calls, etc. The list goes on and on and they are not a company you want to deal with!!

The South City apartment I rent is managed my Arch Property Management and I have been having the same problems listed in other reviews, namely the A/C not working and the grass never getting cut. And no returned phone calls, and IF somebody comes out to look at a problem, like the A/C, or a leaking faucet, there is never any follow up or actual repair work done! I believe this whole company was just set up by the property owner to manage his properties, b/c there was briefly another property management company in charge and they were at least responsive to my phone calls and kept lines of communication open, but no repairs or results were ever seen. Then they either were fired by the owner, or quit the account, and Arch took over, and things have been even worse. So yes, avoid any properties managed by this company.

This has been the absolute worst experience of my life! Arch Property Management has no business dealing with the general public, let alone people who are paying them money. AFTER we signed the lease we were informed that the AC unit would be delivered the following Thursday...neat. It's summertime in Saint Louis. Well...two weeks later we got out AC installed. We also had no stove in our apartment for a week after we moved in, (we were told it would be there the day before we moved in) also we had absolutely no working shower for 3 days. Not just the shower, there was no water whatsoever going to the tub. There was no hot water anywhere in the unit, our grass is currently a foot tall and we're going on day 12 of a broken AC.They have a work order about a foot long on their desk from me calling everyday. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that they got someone to come "look" at the AC unit. Their only excuse and their answer for everything is, "sorry we're new management". I have called everyday since we moved in it seems like. If I had to choose from renting from Arch again or living in a box, you would find me on the street! Be smarter than us and learn from our mistakes...RUN don't walk away from this place. It's a nightmare!!

Be careful of these guys. They rent out properties that need work done on them, promise to get them fixed, but dont live up to their word. We moved into the address 3718 Bamberger St. Louis MO 63116 and have had so many problems.

1. NO AC 2. WATER PRESSURE PROBLEMS 3. GRASS NOT GETTING CUT 4. HOLES IN WALLS THAT WE WERE TOLD WOULD BE FIXED 5. AIR VENTS NOT HOOKED UP TO CERTAIN ROOMS 6 LIGHT SWITCHES THAT ARE BROKE 7. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 8. BASEMENT DOOR IS JUST A PIECE OF WOOD SCREWED INTO THE DOOR PANEL. 9 OUR NEIGHBOR IN THE SAME BUILDING IS HAVING POSSIBLE MOLD PROBLEMS. We are now moving out and requesting our money back with a lawyer.
