We bought a fridge and ice maker from them. Very professional. Helped us get the right measurements and kept us posted as inventory was on order.

Bought an air conditioner for my church for $ 229. After get the run-around for a few days, the company finally told me that I would not get the air conditioner due to inventory issues. I was told that I could get a comparable one for the price of $ 500. No thank and I ask for my money back.

NOT Recommended. Appliance are commodities, so what you are paying for is customer service. Sadly, you will not get that at this small mom and pop shop. They cannot give you a 2 or 4 hour delivery window. They give you a delivery DAY. I took off work and waited ALL DAY for new stove which never came.



By 1 pm when I hadn't heard anything I called the store since I didn't want to wait around all day for nothing, and hey - mistakes happen. They ASSURE me that a stove has been loaded and is coming. 4 pm - kitchen is a shambles waiting for stove. Old stove is pulled out, storage drawer is all over the counters. I call store AGAIN, they assure me a stove is coming. 5 pm, I need to pick up children but am afraid to leave house and miss all important call. Husband leaves work early to get kids. 6 pm - store staff leave for the day. I have no stove. 6:50 pm I call store and leave a message. 7:20 pm staff calls back. They don't know where the stove is, deliveries have completed. I cannot take off work AGAIN tomorrow. Delivery is rescheduled for day after tomorrow.



You would think that if you had a customer call TWICE about a delivery and if you couldn't verify with your drivers that the delivery had completed that you MIGHT call that customer back before you left for the day. But nope, once they have your money, they don't care.



On top of this, it was my kid's birthday, so there was no birthday dinner (we had to order pizza) and NO dessert and birthday candles. If they had been able to tell me, even by 6 pm that no stove was coming I would have made other arrangements, but I kept waiting and waiting.



Staff is VERY knowledgeable about models and features. Next time I will pick their brains, find the lowest price and then go to Sears where they work on commission and negotiate the best price for what I want.

Shop around and then go to this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they give excellent service and stand by their merchandise. I just remodeled a kitchen, had headaches with other businesses but working with this company was a joy.

I found out about this store from Craig''s List and went there to buy a dishwasher on sale. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and I got a good dishwasher for a very good price!
