If you want some of the worst customer service ever come here. Dropped off a $140 shirt to get it dry cleaned. The lady was friendly and explained I need a more expensive service to clean it so we did. When i got the shirt back the buttons were melted off and pockets crisp. They then proceeded to take the shirt back and send it to customer service. They went ahead and replaced the buttons with some cheap buttons and said it looked the same. I spoke to the supervisor Maria Hook or something. She was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken too in my life, just plain rude. She insisted the buttons were ok and the shirt is wearable, $140 shirt is now ok, thanks. I never asked them to replace the buttons or even authorized it they just took matters into there own hands and messed up the shirt even more. Thank you for proving even further that you one of the worst local business in St louis.

Prices are competitive ONLY if you have store coupons. Been a customer for ~10 years but without coupons you have to pay full price - - which is higher than competitors.
