I have had issues with broken or missing buttons on my dress shirts, the lining in my suit pants, and on my non-wool dress pants there are marks left on the pants (almost as if the material was pressed with an iron that was too hot).

Cash only - they do not accept credit or debit cards, regardless of the amount. It turns into a real hassle.

It smells as if someone smokes in the building.

I would go elsewhere.

I had a very difficult time with this place, my comforter came back COVERED in pet hair, we have no pets. When I brought it back in to show them, there was a man in front of me who had a shirt ruined by them. They refused to refund my money, and wanted to reclean it, I needed it that day and didn't want to hand it over to them when someone had already had something ruined by them! I called customer service and she was very rude, she told me that by refusing to allow them to clean it again that I gave up my right of money back (i wasnt told this), also that they wash so many comforters a day that static just builds up and they cant help it that pet hair may get on there.... Ummm...wait, isnt that your job?! To clean it?! She refused to give a refund or be helpful in any manner. I do not recommend this place. Hope this helps save someone out there from having something ruined or come back covered in hair!

The staff is always courteous, no matter how hot and steamy their environment might be. Its always a pleasure going to this cleaners and doing business with them.
