I called Alpha Services on the morning of 6/25 after the moving company we had originally hired cancelled at the last minute. We moved to St Louis from Atlanta and had been in a hotel for 3 weeks so we were anxious to get moved into our home. I spoke to Eddie by phone and he said they were on a job but would be available to help us move once they finished up. It took a little longer than originally expected but he stayed in communication with me and let me know when they would be arriving to help.

They showed up (Eddie, Harrold, and Raliegh) and were absolutely wonderful! They were extremely polite and professional. They took care with our belongings and packed everything into the truck quickly. They completed the entire move (unloading the storage unit, driving to our new home 20 minutes away, and unloading the truck into a 2-story house) in less time than it took other movers to load the house into the truck. We were beyond impressed!

They were incredibly friendly and we had a great experience with them. Their rates are very reasonable and I highly recommend them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I used them for moving. I wouldn't recommend them even as your last option. They are don't know how to handle packed boxes let alone glass and other fragile items and all they care for is money. One star rating is still too much
