I will not use this taxi service again when I am in St. Louis! Won't even give them a 1-star rating but I can't close my review without giving them that. It's not deserved! They accept credit cards and use a tablet which I have no problem with if I'm allowed to manage what I provide for a gratuity. I was not allowed to set my own gratuity - the driver did it for me and it certainly NOT was what I would have provided. I was also told that I would receive a receipt via email. I entered my company email address and then the tablet was taken away from me. That was last Wednesday afternoon. It is mid-morning on Monday of the following week and I have NO receipt still. My calls to the company at the number listed are answered but the minute I speak, the man on the other end hangs up on me. 4 calls later, I am so done with this company. I have traveled extensively and this service sucked!
