EXTREMELY horrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional, nasty billing/receptionist. I regret doing business with them and would NEVER recommend anyone buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY HERE. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The woman in charge of handling payments is VERY rude, unprofessional, and impolite and obviously this company accepts and allows this type of behavior from their employees because she continues to interact with customers in this manner. I regret doing business with them and would NEVER recommend anyone to this lot. Do what I should've done and take your money elsewhere. Nothing is worth the way this company allows their customers to be treated by their employees.

I bought a car 10 days ago before I bought it I asked the salesman to have the transmission checked because I thought it was shifting a little weird then they told me it was checked and was fine now the transmission is broke before I even made the first payment stuck with a $5000 car 10 days later stuck with $2000-$2500 repair bill never buy from here

Junk cars liars for salesman bought $5000 car 10 days later $2500 transmission rebuild also asked salesman to have the transmission checked he told me the next day we checked it and it's fine liars liars don't buy here $2500 repair bill before I've even made the first pymt

The manager is shady. Please take your money some place else!

Buyer beware! I went to check out a car. I was told over the phone it had 130,000 miles and no body damage. After spending the entire morning driving to their lot I get there only to find the car had 160,000 miles and had some major body damage. The dealer who was there that day asked me as soon as I got out of my vehicle if I would be paying cash (no hello my name is, nothing, just are you paying cash?) he then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I really did not speak to the guy I had spoken too and that I must have been mistaken about the mileage. I wrote the guys name down and the mileage! The car was very beat up, nothing like the picture. I was also told that unless I was 100% sure I was taking the car that I could not take it for a test drive, because too many other cars would have to be moved to get it out of the lot. These cars were crammed into the lot by the way, you had to squeeze through to look at them. Just be careful!

I would just like to say that i so agree with the previous review! The guys that run are amazing. When we came in there Pete introduced himself asked if he could help and let us about our way. We have had our mini van from them since feb of this year. We had one tiny issue with it right away and with out any hesitation Pete had us bring it in and had it all fixed up for us. They are real people who understand the REAL person. Can't wait to get my next car from them. Thanks alot gusy.

I recieved excellent service and a good quality car at Affordable Auto Credit. I recommend this dealership to all who are having financial difficulties and want to purchase a good quality car at the buy here pay here rate. The prices are also very reasonable, actually, the best I have seen compared to any other buy here pay here lot in St. Louis.

Affordable is my favorite auto credit because the salesman are more than salesman they become your friend and know how to treat the customers with respect. If you have a problem with a car that you purchase from them all you have to do is call them and someone will help you. I feel comfortable whenever I go to look for a car. I recommend them if you are looking for a car, truck etc. They let you look over their car lot to see what you like, you are not pressured and no one is over your shoulder. All you have to do is pay for what you get and you will remain in good standing with them. I have no complaints about the service that I have gotten from them. I am in the process of looking for another car now. I really don't know what kind I want but with the help of my favorite salesman I will be able to find the suitable car or van for my family. I was taught at a young age whenever you treat other people with respect, kindness and courtesy, you will get it in return...
