Love this place! The therapists are so friendly, knowledgable and personable! They truly care about their patients! They helped me out after several surgeries and I was back to 100%, competing in no time! Highly recommend this company!

Understaffed and very inconsistent with treatment. Some unprofessional staff. Tables are ripped up and they use many physical therapy assistants instead of actual physical therapists. Not what I needed or told them I wanted for my knee surgery therapy recovery. Wasted over 6 weeks of my time without progressing my knee surgery therapy. That was admitted by two of their staff members!!! Contacted the owner and all he would offer was changing me to

The St. Charles Rock Road location which fortunately, has good service unlike the Kirkwood location. The owner was unwilling to do anything else being that six weeks of my time was wasted. Will be telling my Doctor and attorney about this negative situation.
