called Steve to locate different piping underneath our shop floor. The shop was built in1936. Steve using two different locating instruments used them to locate the water line and several sewer drops. Especially one where were going to put a new wall. Having located the sewer drop it was not in the way of where the new wall was going to be placed. What can I say about that.

I contacted Steve about a pool leak I have been dealing with for 2 seasons. He was at my house early completed the inspection and located my leak within an hour. He had the tools and equipment to make the repair while there and completed everything in 2 hours of arrival. I have had another company on site multiple times without this getting resolved. Steve documented everything for me along with providing a letter detailing the issue and repair. My pool no longer leaks so job well done!

I got Steve's number and he was able to come to our house within a few days to check out why our pool had been leaking for months. We'd hired 2 scuba divers to check it out but neither could locate the leak. Steve and his assistant found the small hole in the liner with a device that measures water suction via radio waves (I'm probably saying that all wrong). I needed assistance to help identify the pathway of a mystery pipe that was on my property. Because it wasn't a known utility line, it's considered a private line and the DIGRITE service won't touch it. I also had a project quickly approaching that was going to dig in the same area as the pipe and needed a trusted service to help save the day and ID the approximate pathway of the pipe so the team digging could avoid it with peace of mind. Steve came out within 2 days . We had a significant water loss in our pool daily. Within 2 hours he located our leak. The next day we called him back to let him know where he had told us to dig was dry. He came back and did everything over and was here this time for 4 hours. He was baffled why it showed one day and not the next. He found it and didn`t charge us a dime. I would highly recommend Steve. After finding out I had a leak in our water main I was recommended to call Adhair and specifically ask for Steve Malone. I am glad I did. He was able to make it out on short notice and was nothing but courteous the entire time he was at our house. Steve from Adhair Enterprises came out to conduct a leak detection for a water line leak I had. I was in a bit of a hurry to get things fixed, so he came as soon as he could. He was very helpful and explained the process to me so that I knew what he was looking for. In addition to identifying the location of the leak, he pointed out that my valve was getting old and was in need of repair to avoid problems in the future. He was very quick to write his report and email it to me so that I could continue with the process of hiring a plumber to repair the leak.

I contacted Steve from Adhair because of an ongoing leak in my pool. In addition to finding and sealing the leak, Adhair helped me replace some very aged parts and PVC around the filter. We hired Steve to find a water leak under our slab floor in the kitchen . First off I had hard time finding someone to get here without waiting weeks . I called Steve and he was here the next day . Using his infrared device and then his survey microphone he found the leak within a hr . After that I asked and he did take the time to talk to my plumper too to explain what was going on too so there wasn't any confusion . My wife and I truly appreciate the very quick and professional job you did for us Steve . You saved us a lot of money finding the leak and had it marked right on the spot . We only had to bust a small hole in the concrete slab floor to fix the water pipe .

My water meter is hundreds of yards from my home which complicated the ability to locate a leak. Steve came to my home on several occasions and used multiple types of testing devices to locate the leak. He continued to work to find the leak and did not stop until he determined the cause of the water leak and followed up with me after he was done to help me understand the cause of the water usage and how to correct it. He was on time, every time and could not have been more professional and helpful. I would recommend his company to anyone with a problem such as mine.

I needed to have my T-Box located to shut off the water supply to my home from American Water Company. The plumber I had called was not able to locate the T-Box after searching for over an hour. I called Steve from Adhair who promptly can out, and by using his special equipment was able to quickly locate the T-Box. I highly recommend Adair Enterprises!

We called him out to find a leak in our pool. I'm so glad we did, because we more than likely would have had to break up our stamped concrete to find it. He found the leak to be in our fountain line and not the main lines. As far as pricing goes, he was cheaper than the other 2 companies I called AND, he got us in right away.
