Could not believe they have a policy of no return on tools. I recently purchased a pipe wrench and found out it was not the kind of wrench I needed. The clerk just pointed to a sign about the return policy which was not at the cash register. I also talked to a clerk when I purchased it who also did not tell me of the no return policy. I will never purchase from an Ace Hardware again.
