Even after confirming an 11AM appointment that morning, they didn't start cleaning the car until 12:30. After waiting another 2 hours for them to clean my minivan, I found they had swept all the dirt and trash under the seats. My van has the "stow and go" type seats, first time I used those, I could see they didn't clean under them also.



I have had my car detailed many times, tried a groupon type coupon on this place. Even if I ignore the short cuts they took, clearly things were just quickly wiped with a wet towl rather than using any kind of cleaner.



I rarely write reviews, I just don't want anyone to share my experience.

Charles, the owner of the business, does great work, and knows his products. He knows what's good and he knows what's great. And he will tell you the truth about the product. Some that don't know much about tint may think he is just trying to push an upsell, but in reality, he wants you to be happy with your purchase and wants to protect your investment by using a quality product, which also adds a lifetime warranty. Charles stayed until around 9pm just to get my car finished. He didn't push it to the next day. He said he would have it done that day, and he did. I will be going back to get my car waxed and buffed.
