I needed to sell my 2 houses quickly in order to purchase my new home. I had a 'non-contingent' contract on my new home and needed the money from my 2 houses to purchase my new home on acreage. They did what they said they would do and purchased my homes (2) in a VERY speady manner, and worked with me on my moving schedule to allow me to move all of my stuff out.
