I’m not a person that write reviews...however, my experience with 1 Source can’t be kept a secret. 1 Source serviced my furnace when it was so cold in my home that running the oven and wearing a coat and gloves couldn’t keep me warm. Needless to say I was happy to see them arrive promptly, I was touched by the technician’s expertise and he even taught me a few things so I wouldn’t be intimidated by my system ie, lighting the pilot, etc. I really love this company and if you’re reading this comment, give them a call and you’ll see what I’m writing about. Thanks for keeping warm in the winter and cool in the summer 1 Source!

I really appreciate 1 Source Heating and Cooling. It has been an extremely hot summer and when my a/c stopped cooling my home warranty company sent 1 Source Heating and Cooling diagnose the issue. Although I was hot and frustrated the office staff was very friendly and they worked with me so that I would be available for my appointment. The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed the problem and saved me from having to purchase a new unit. I am very pleased with their work. Great company to work with.

Our HMS Home Warranty called 1 Source when our air conditioning went out over a month ago. They installed a new unit and came out at least 4 separate times but struggled to find out what went wrong. Finally we paid out of pocket for a real company and they told us 1 Source had installed the wrong type of unit (1 stage vs 2 stage) and they still have not fixed the problem! Hottest summer of our lives!

Absolutely disgusted!!!!! Our home warranty company sent these people out. They gave us a time slot from 8am-1pm, so we had to have an uncle come over and sit while we were at work. Chris - the technician- didn’t show up until 1:05 (after our uncle had been waiting in a hot house for 5 hours). Chris said he would not even attempt to fix the problem until my uncle paid him $315 for 3 pounds of freon & something called ‘stop leak.’ Which is something that should never be used in a central air conditioning unit. (Our uncle is NOT the homeowner, now is his name on any legal documents. They had no right to pressure him to pay by threatening to not fix the issue). After this, the air was cooler but hardly blew out of the registers. We called them back out & Chris walked through the house and said it was fixed, while laughing at us for saying that it clearly was not. The compressor would not kick on - which was one of the original issues we told them about - and they said we are just ‘lucky’ and ours is ‘silent.’ (Our unit is extremely old & never have we ever heard of a ‘silent’ compressor on an older unit). This was 12 days ago (less than two weeks) & we turned on our AC yesterday & it was blowing hot air. We left it run all day & when we came home our house was 90 degrees. We will call tomorrow our home warranty company and inform them that not only did this company come out once, but twice, and not fix the issue. I would recommend caution when using this company! They are condescending instead of helpful & they lie through their teeth instead of taking the time to do hard work and fix the problem at hand. We work hard for our money & our home and we will only deal with respectful companies who have the same values after this. Beware!!

I want to thank the 1 Source Techs , I slept well last night without any worries. What an efficient job they did with diagnosing and getting info to my home warranty company, they even supplied us with heater at 9pm at night when they determined that the furnace had to be shut down, and a new one installed. We will be grateful for all that the gentlemen did and want everyone to know , 1 Source has made the Johnson home is a better place due to people like the three of them. Once again we owe you our lives, Thank you, Mr and Mrs. Johnson .
