My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The doctor was so kind and very professional and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It was super! Kriseda helped us pick out the frames for the two Chinese students and did a fabulous job. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! a hundred times Thank you!!!!

I was very happy with my experience with Advanced Family Eyecare! Jess was very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering my computer glasses at the South Haven office!

Please stay away from here! Extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. Their own employees have apologized and have admitted they have issues. Really tried to give it a chance, but it truly is just an awful experience. Don't waste your time and money especially with something as important as your eyes!

Dont buy glasses here or at their down town location. I bought 2 pair and was told would have them in 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and nothing but lame excuses that make no sense. Don't know if I will ever get them.
