Wonderful place!

Ug! If you are looking for customer service, don't visit this UPS store. Nasty owner who is consistently rude to her customers. Not sure how they are still in business. She puts UPS down and then expects you to pay her top dollar in order to "keep her afloat" from all the charges she has to pay them for being a franchise. I would drive 10 minutes south to the one at WGV in order to have a pleasant experience.

This is a great little store! They are so helpful and I can get everything done in one place. The staff knows what it's doing and will always suggest the cheapest way to send something, even if UPS isn't the cheapest. They have great greeting cards there too. I just them them..thanks for being in our community!
