We bought 6 palm trees from Superior Landscape. They said all palms were guaranteed for 1 year. One of the palm trees died a few months after being planted. Though both my husband and I went and talked to Superior Landscape a few times, they never came to replace the palm. We went in the fall and they said to follow up in the spring as they didn't have the type of Palm we needed. Went back in the spring and they just kept saying they would call us to schedule the delivery of the Palm. It never happened. Greg was supposed to follow up with us but never did. This place is great till you pay for your plants. Need to buy additional palms for my backyard but will try another place, hopefully more reliable.

I have nothing but a professional, positive, wonderful experience with Superior Landscape. Not only has the communication been fantastic, but the timeliness of getting the jobs done has been incredible. Greg and his crew are some of the hardest, friendliest gentlemen I have worked with. Oh and did I mention patient.. I have changed out palm trees and added more bushes during the projects and i am always met with a smile and an assurance of quality service! I will use them over and over again and would not hesitate to recommend using them! Thanks a bunch to them all!

Hired Superior Landscape to install a paver patio. Had one very simple instruction, match it up to the edges of my current patio. They failed. Not sure why, they've offered no explanation. The actual patio looks nice and seems well built, but it's not what I asked for. When I complained, I received a follow text saying I should expect a phone call with options to remedy, I have not received that phone call.

This seems like a very amateur operation. No customer service, no follow up, texted customers instead of phone calls, and no project managers or supervisors.

Hopefully, they can get their act together. I'm trying to support a small local business, but this makes it hard.

I received one voicemail from you regarding my complaint. I was instructed to call your partner and setup a time for him to come take a look, which I did. Nobody showed up. I never heard back.

So from start to finish Superior Landscape knocked it out of the park! I was wanting to surprise my wife for our anniversary and they delivered! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and even installed the tree during a storm just so my wife would be surprised! I def recommend them to anyone looking for anything landscape and thank you personally to Rachel, Tommy and Cameron for making us happy!
