This store is the real thing. VERY customer service focused establishment that sells instruments extremely fairly, often better prices than online stores and has an unbelievable encyclopedic knowledge of instrument repair - Richard can really fix ANYTHING. Unless of course, like a friend of mine, who put his trumpet in the oven to warm it up and then forgot it was in there.....even he can't fix a melted horn.

The pleasantly surprised lady in front of me incurred no charge for her musical resolution, nor did Mr. Richard charge me for flute repair after showing and explaining to me preventative maintenance. Master musical instrument repair in an uplifting and most interesting business make it a personal, long-term favorite.

Have done business with this company for numerous years. Love the help with instruments and questions answered knowledgeably. Fair pricing, too.

These people are extremely customer service focused and knowledgeable. They’ll work with you to get you what you need at a very fair price and if you need any kind of repair work, you won’t find a more capable repair person in this area.
