Stay away from this Chinese Restaurant - there is no such thing as customer service and they don't give their customer the benefit of the doubt. The order I placed was delivered to the home. We paid for it at the door with tip and when we opened the order, it was discovered that one of the dinners was not what was ordered. I called the restaurant immediately and explained the issue and the order taker just argued with me and told me that I ordered by item # and said he repeated the order back to me and I agreed. I told the order taker that I did not order by order #, but ordered rather by the name of the entree and he continued to argue with me. Then I told him I didn't call to argue and he put a woman on the phone who I explained the issue to. After she spoke to the order taker, she then repeated the same thing back to me (that I ordered the wrong entree) and when I told her that the order taker got the order mixed up, she began telling the order taker several times "don't B.S. me" while I held on an open line and could hear everything. She then came back on and told me I ordered wrong and I told her that I know what I ordered and that it was not what was delivered. I told her that if the order did not get corrected, that they would lose my business. After telling the order taker not to "B.S. her" again (which leads me to believe they have had a problem with the order taker mixing up orders in the past), they would not correct the order and insisted I ordered wrong. As a last thought, she said they would correct on a future order, which I doubted would ever happen due to the experience I was having with them on the phone when I reported the problem. I said that I did not want it corrected on a future order and wanted it fixed that night, but she said "have a nice day" and hung up. As a result, I have mentioned to all that I know not to do business with Wok In in Julington Creek due to their poor Customer Service. I wouldn't give them a rating of any stars if I could. There are many other Chinese restaurants to choose from that have better Customer Service and we don't need the grief they gave us. They will never have our business again!
