Awful office experience, as an existing patient they price gouged me at the front desk and wouldn't honor the quoted price that was given to me upon scheduling within 30days. They Tried to tell me I couldn't sign a records release form there and would have to sign one at another physicians office and have them send it to them. I work in the medical field and have since 1999. This is ridiculous. This office is poorly ran and the physician will be the one to suffer financially due to lack of customer service. I'm pretty sure that charging more than the Medicare allowable for an existing patient isn't good practice. Save your time and see a practice that honors their patients and cares about them whether they are self pay or insured.
