Customer service is absolutely horrible. The lady that was there (I believe she was the assistant manager ) was being super rude.. As soon as we walked in she directed us and said “ here are cheap dresses” as if we didnt look like we had the money to buy. She was giving attitude to my friend who was trying on dresses. We ended up leaving because we felt rushed and uncomfortable. Heard great reviews about this place..my experience was disappointing. Will not be returning.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD FOR MY MAJOR EVENT. I was referred to Clelia Party to find a dress for the Navy Christmas party I found a stunning dress that needed to be altered I trusted Clelia the owner to make the alternation on my dress to come back and pick it up 9 days later to a dress that was not what I asked for one side was short than the other and was unable to be fixed. I was also told that the shoes came with the dress purchase to find out that wasnt true everything I was told was a lie when I showed the owner the mistake on the dress she got very unprofessional telling me that she could order a new dress for me but I would have to pay for the new dress that I did not mess up. Then she told me that sometime we wont things that we cant have but I paid for the dress in full before knowing her work and that she was not a professional business owner. She never even picked up the phone to contact me everything was done thru text. If you are looking for quality and professionalism then do not waste your time going here you will be sad and depressed looking for another dress like me. Wish someone would have worried me.
