I have been going to this store for quite a few years. Always spend quite a bit for the Faux Chinese fare but the kids like it and its a little indulgent so I overlook the processed overly saucy products. This shop is on its third or fourth set of owners or employee sets and I had not been there since the last change. Ordered my usual set $40-50 for a four item dinner for four. My kids ate for a while , but when I tasted the orange chicken it had a distinct burnt flavor. Pulled the dish and put it in the refrigerator. Went back the next day bringing it along to complain and instead of apologizing and asking how to make it right they told me that "no one else complained." Clear implication, "you are lying." Since the dish was in the employee's hand I suggested that they taste it and tell me if they thought it was as it should be. Employee said that surely the dish is spoiled and I was trying to poison her. In the end they did provide a replacement chicken dish at no charge that was as good as their usual fare with no burnt taste. Whole event left a bad taste, unlikely to be back anytime soon.
