I called to return an auto part that we had ordered about 6 months ago. I told the Customer Service Representative that the part was unopened in the box and requested to return it. He flatly said he wasn't going to take it back. I told him that we would never order a part from his company again and he said, "Fine." What kind of a company doesn't care about its customers? Answer: One you wouldn't ever want to deal with.
