Provided by SuperpagesI would never recommend buying or renting where Paul Properties is the HOA they are a joke, i have had my fence up for almost 11 yrs and now i am being told to take it down. i am being fined every month $100, I am putting my house up for sale because of them. Don't buy into a HOA
