Went to get a replacement part for an outdoor lighting part. I went to customer service and the customer service representative called the outdoor lighting service person and met up with him mentioned to him what I needed. He told me that he could not take another one from the ones that are being sold as individual lights. I've had several other problems and have able to get them resolved. My wife and I have been going to Lowe's for more than twenty years and this is the first time I've had poor CUSTOMER SERVICE in these two areas
