Dr. Lord treated my teenager and calmly spoke to her about her condition without instilling fear. He was very matter-of-fact and made me feel at ease as a helpless Mom. We are blessed to have such a high quality, full-time retina doctor in our area! His staff let us know ahead of time what to expect with regards to wait time vs appt time, copays and other financial matters. Highly recommended!
