I have tried this business twice, both times they couldn’t find my shoes. The older woman who writes up the tickets is extremely rude. My second visit I handed her my ticket and she asked me if I could see my shoes, I said “No, you have my tickets”. She proceeded to scream at me with other customers there, who were having the same problem. I left again.. without my shoes and have yet to hear from them on their whereabouts.

This is a very backwards shop with poor customer service. They are unorganized and everything is just piled around and dirty. I reluctantly took a pair of expensive heels I have for work in and they promised me a two week turn around. This did not happen because they actually lost one of my shoes. (which is really not hard to believe if you have seen the place.) They did eventually find it and do the work, but I was without my shoes much longer than promised, and, I repeat, they had very poor customer service. Unfortunately for us, they are the only shoe repair place in town.
