After having several positive experiences with Budget in St. George, I have now had a series of startlingly bad experiences! The last three times I have been promised a vehicle they did NOT have the vehicle that was promised. Remarkably little care for customer service. In addition, they charged me for an extra day, and then agreed to refund, but the money never came. It wasn't until I contested the charge that I finally got the money. These folks are terrible!!!!

I have had great experiences with Budget in St. George on multiple occasions - friendly service and really going out of their way to get me the vehicle I need!
