I would rate my experience with 6 stars if it was available. I had my AC Capacitor go out on my outside AC unit. Eric came out the same day that it broke and replaced it and totally hooked me up! It was towards the end of the day and he came over on his way home! Great customer service and very professional and he replaced the part very quick. Will totally use them again.

Keith and Rex were great. Had a really tough issue to diagnose. They replaced a part and decided the old one wasn't bad and put the old one back. Rex and Keith make a great team when diagnosing things that aren't that obvious. Great service. Work until it's fixed right and are very reasonable with their charges. Thanks guys!,,,

Was a recent winner of a new air conditioner promoted by Artic Air of Southern Utah at the 2013, Home Expo Show. Since the conditioner was free expectations were that it would dumped off with no action or that Artic Air would work with me only as an obligation. NOTHING was further from the truth. Rex, President of company was on time for appointments getting detailed knowledge of my house, furnace in the attic, etc., or other requirements for installation. During installation Rex and crew were very polite answering all questions with no time wasted and total work ethics. The clean up was beyond what was expected. In the past we have been frustrated with the quality of our heating/air conditioning repairmen. We were glad to get a referral for Arctic Air. He has been great, we have enjoyed working with Rex and his team. They really know their stuff. They have promptly and professional fixed and serviced our home units and even our cabin in Brian Head.I highly recommend Rex. I trust him to be fair and to identify the problem and fix it.

I have used Arctic Air in the past for some minor service with great results. This past rainy and cold Saturday afternoon one of the units I manage called and said there was problem with their heat pump. I called Rex thinking I would get voice mail and a call back Monday. I was grateful he answered and came right out and repaired the unit by going the extra mile in getting the right parts to make sure it was 100% complete. Thanks for the great work!

Rex has been our HVAC provider since we moved to Santa Clara in 2006. He has maintained our packaged Goodman unit at our home and kept our Lennox Pulse system going at our rental in Washington. He has kept both systems fully functioning well beyond their normal life expectancy. Last week we had a serious gas line pipe rupture in Washington and I called Rex for this emergency. He and his team installed all new piping got the city permits and inspections completed and we are now back on line. When ever I have a HVAC problem Rex is the man I want on the job.

My warranty company, SENSIBLE HOME WARRANTY contracted with ARTIC AIR to service my furnace to find the cause of noxious fumes. Artic Air cleaned the furnace but could NOT identify the cause of the fumes but recommended to the warranty company that the furnace should be replaced and gave them a VERY HIGH bid for a new furnace. The Warranty company declined to replace the furnace for lack of details regarding the problemArtic Air would NOT help pursue the problem or help with. getting the warranty company to replace the furnace!!!I am currently without a furnace and still trying to get it repaired!!!

Rex of Artic Air has been our 'go to' man for many years. He installed two gas furnaces a few years ago and has kept them serviced and working in excellent condition. Recently, he sold and installed an A/C condensing unit to work with one of our furnaces. After 40 years of very hot summers using a swamp cooler, our home is very pleasant with cool inside temperatures! Rex found the best affordable price for the unit he installed. Many of our family members, neighbors, and friends who are condo owners from out of town, rely on Rex to keep their homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer. He is a master contractor!

Rex at Artic Air has provided service for my HVAC system for years. I knew that I was going to need to replace my 18 year old unit before the next summer rolled around. I asked Rex to keep an eye out for any deals that could save me money. About 9 or 10 months later he called and said he had found what I was looking for. He promptly replaced the unit in plenty of time before the summer heat arrived. I have referred Artic Air to friends and family and they were all happy with his service. Its nice to know that in a world of scammers and cheats that there is a professional to call on who will be honest, professional and efficient.

The problem that we had was unique because of the type of system. Duel Fuel. The system had a sensor calibration issue which the technition found. We are greatful for his willingness to stick with the problem . He was prompt and explained all that was done.
