Larry, the owner of LK Plumbing, gave me a bid (quote) on adding a bathroom in my house. I agreed to the price, and shook hands. I called and left several messages on both his business and cell phone; he never called me back. After realizing he'd never call me back, I contacted three other plumbing companies in the area. When I mentioned his name, everyone of them told me that he has a very bad reputation, and never calls his customers back.



I ended up going with Pipers Plumbing, and am very happy that I did!

Had L and K out to do a project. He started the job and never came back to finish what he started... No calls, no returned calls, and he was paid for things that he did not finish. He had set up dates and times to do these jobs and never showed up for any of them! Everywhere I have worked has the policy "If you don't call and you don't show..... You don't keep the job!" So don't waste your time with this outfit.

Larry came out to our house gave us a estimate did half the job we paid him half and he never came back. We called multiple times and he made appointments with us to come out and he would not show or call. Very diappointing would not recommend him call someone else if you want your project to get done!

I made appointment with Larry. He did not show up for the job and did not call to cancel. There is no explanation. It is like a bad date.

Larry did a great job. I come from a construction family and know how improtant it is to be on time and give great service. I love the fact that when I call, I talk to Larry, not a receptionist. In talking to Larry himself, there is less opportunity for miscommunications. He was very professional and very knowlegable. Larry was a big help in making sure the job was done well and in a timely manner. He did a great job accommodating my busy work schedule. After hours and weekend service made my experience much more convenient for me. I would call L-K Plumbing for all my future needs.
