This company's workmanship & handling of issues has been very substandard. They drilled unnecessary holes in my bedroom wall, just stuck silicone gel into the holes & left them! And they routed 2 feet of pipe in a very visible area of my bedroom that was inconsistent with the routing described to me by the estimator. (This modification should have been discussed with me before they just went ahead and did it). Their system has made it very noisy in my bedroom - constant loud hissing noise from the exposed pipe & constant hum from the fan mounted in the attic above my bedroom! When I brought these issues up on the day of installation, the owner told me to just put some pillows over the pipe! It's now difficult to sleep at night due to these noises. It's been over a month since installation & the owner still hasn't been back to my house to address these issues! He also refuses to respond to the SEVERAL voicemails I've left requesting a return call to discuss resolution of these issues.
