I am reading through these older reviews and I have to say I am surprised. So, I thought I would let you know that I have had three vehicles serviced here and had nothing but a great experience. I know the reviews are older, but this place has been good to me. Plan on having my lift put on my truck through these guys soon.

worst experience ever. In the process of replacing my stereo my dash trim cracked really bad. I was told it was because of the age of the truck (98). They made it better for a free tint job. However, the tint is the same percent I already had on the truck (who knows if it was even changed). While searching for new dash trim, I found out there's a hidden screw that if not removed your trim will crack. I love the new sound, but not worth having a cracked stereo trim. Your better off installing yourself. OH BY THE WAY. I went back to them, they never said anything about it. As if I wouldn't notice it. WE USE TO HAVE A THING CALLED HONESTY.

They are the Worst. Trust me I'm a local I decided to give these guys a chance. Dropped off my car it took my key so they would call me and let me know what needs to be done with the car periods I never got called it kept the car all day and when I went to pick up the car there was no information given just a fee for looking it over. Lousy service. We will never go back here and I will make sure my friends and family don't either.

My mother sister and I drove down from CT to FL to stay with family while we were down here we wanted to get two windows tinted in our car because it's significantly cheaper down here than up north. We found Todds tuning & tinting and a worker told my mom to come in at 9 am to have it done and she did. her key fob had a small chip in it but nothing extreme the key was still together in once piece. The guy that did her windows gave my mom her keys back and did not say a word about the crack that was "supposedly there before " . My mom then went to go start her car and her key fob was cracked in half. The worker would have never said anything to my mother unless she came in and questioned it. She wasnt offered anything to fix the key or a discount off the tinting. She drove back to my aunts house and I furious that they would let my Mom drive back with a broken key. Around 2 I called and asked for a manager. the manager/ owner was completely rude to me while I was trying to find a solution to this mess. I expressed how we drove down here and how it is unsafe to drive with a key like this. I expressed my concern for the key breaking more or even falling out the owner/manager David laughed at my concern and totally dismissed it I felt not taken seriously. He is the owner/ manager and he's unprofessional by laughing at a customers genuine concern. I am not a car person so, sorry that I have irrational concerns when it comes to driving over 1,000 miles back home with a broken key. After dealing with his rude remarks he said he would pay for only half the cost to fix it even though they key was fine before going to his establishment minus the small chip . I told him to look for the dealership to fix the key because I was leaving at five am the next day and I am not from around here. After he found a dealer ship he told me that I have to work on my conflict resolution skills for future references when he's the one who has to work on his professionalism and not laugh at a customers genuine concern and make a mockery of them. So unless you don't mind you keys being broken and be blamed for it and like being a made a mockery of then this is the place for you but I will never ever come back to this establishment and recommend the owner / manager to take a course in customer service and learn how to talk to a customer. But thanks for the key since your worker did break it
