Every single time I go into this store to get food for my snake I have to wait around for at least 30 mins before some one helps or they're done helping someone else. Every single time this happens too there's some poor worker running around to help everyone while at least 2 managers I'm guessing just sit up in the box watching. They never ever help or even bother to. Not buying anymore food here again because it's utterly ridiculous.

Rarely have anything they sell in stock. Crickets, digital thermometers, decor, you name it its out. You ask them when it's coming in and the response is always the breeder, shipping company or the weather/season. give me a break! And the lack of knowledge of the staff is baffling. i understand they aren't "professionals" but they should understand the basics of what they are selling.
