TURN AROUND & RUN

So we bought a brand new 2014 RZR 800S off of these guys on October 5th 2014. We got it home and wanted to read the owners manual and to our surprise it was NOT in the glove box like Randy told us. So I called him and he said he would ship is one in the mail. On October 24th we realized that there was an oil leak around the valve cover and upon further inspection we found that FOUR roll cage bolts were NOT "torqued to specification" like their checklist that they signed said and there was a clanging noise in the rear, so I called Northstar and got Scott and said to bring it in the 27th. (I still didn't get the manual and asked Randy if he ever sent me one, he said he forgot so I told him to have it ready for when my husband drops our rzr off!) They called me October 29th and told me they were done. Got it home and they still didn't tighten the roll cage bolts, the leak AND the noise were still there. I called and called and got told that Jack (the owner) would call me back. NEVER did. I talked to Dave and Scott so many times they knew who I was every time I called and just kept telling me "jack is who you need to talk to" "I can't make him call you back" etc. I gave them several chances to fix their mistakes and make it right with me. They obviously didn't care so I reported it to Polaris. We now have our RZR at Green Acres and they are taking AMAZING care of us. Said there was an oil leak around the valve cover (like my husband told northstar), an oil leak coming from the crank case, and the clanging noise was the sway bar mount because the bolts weren't tightened!!!! Northstar did not care about us. It literally looked like they wiped the oil off the engine and gave it back to us. And it would have really sucked for them if we rolled since the roll cage bolts weren't tightened... it would have killed us! I will NEVER do business with Northstar ever again and I told both my father and my father in law along with our friends and family to go elsewhere when they get ready to purchase their ranger or rzr! I suggest you don't buy anything from them because if something is wrong with your machine you will be stuck with it and just get the run around!
