Karen Caldwell and her staff are exceptional in their knowledge of all our insurance and financial needs. They have even called and let me know when there are more discounts, etc. that are there for us. What other agency would let you know when you have other discounts available? They have saved us so much money and when we have a claim, it is handled immediately. They really care for us! Their customers are truly No. 1 to them.
