Leave you stranded

My husband called for a lock out and was told that someone would be here in 15 minutes. He waited and waited and no one came. He called and got an answering machine and left a message and then called again and paged a driver. No one called back. He finally tried one more time after an HOUR AND A HALF and someone answered and said that the other guy wouldn't be coming because he got called on a long tow. We ended up calling somone else and it ended up being cheaper. I do not recommend.
