I am a single lady living in a small town. Some electrical problems began to show up in my older home. Not knowing what to do, I asked some friends if they knew of a dependable & honest Electrical company. Several recommended your company, B & T Electric. I called them and talked to a lovely women. She took my information & I set up for 2 of their men to come to my house the next day to look at the work I needed done & hopefully for me, to do the work that day. They came right on the time set up, accessed my needs, & gave me a fair price on what the job would cost. They were very pleasent & neat, which impressed me also. They did the work I needed in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves & even wore footies to cover their shoes! Thank you for helping me. I have your number in my book now, & will be calling you for any furture needs.

If you insist on doing business with them, I propose that it may be prudent to get everything -- AND I MEAN EVERYTHING -- in writing up front for any subsequent warranty work , to avoid any possibility of getting a sizable surprise invoice up to six weeks later for a common installation part that is replaced without mention of a possible charge but then charged because it "isn't a Kohler part, and so isn't covered under warranty." This could also possibly be accompanied by verbal promises of being sued in small claims court if you complain (your individual results may vary) and for suggesting that you won't pay because the job was supposed to be warranty work (again, your individual results may vary; roll the dice and see). I only suggest that this could possibly happen because it is my personal experience with their "warranty" service after the sale; your individual results may vary. My opinion, based on personal experience, is that one could probably do better elsewhere in the marketplace, possibly excepting lawyers who get everything in writing in binding contract form up front.
