Raymond, our service technician was excellent. We had an old water heater go out and he assessed the problem and carefully explained all the options of repairing or replacing the water heater. He worked diligently and efficiently, even staying longer to make sure that everything was up and running. We are very thankful for Raymond, Roto-Rooter, and hot water!

I called two other plumbers, both cancelled no me, I called Rotoscoped-Rooter who was there within the hour. They did a great job on my toilet, works perfectly! Quick and easy! Next time I will call Rotoscoped-Rooter first!

We had an extremely clogged kitchen sink and drain stack, and after trying some ineffective drain cleaners, I turned to RotoRooter in hopes that they could fix the problem. Mr. Bob Sisco arrived very promptly, and immediately went to work to help us out. It took a lot of cabling, as we had apparently accumulated many years of grease/food/etc. in the stack, and it had filled a good portion of it. However, the professional and diligent work of Mr. Sisco cleared the clog and restored a fast and efficient drain flow. I would highly recommend RotoRooter and Mr. Sisco for your plumbing needs!

Matt & Mike were called to put in a new toilet that we'd purchased. Made the appointment the day before, they showed up the next day on time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Matt even pointed out some issues with the current flange that was put in when the home was built 13 years ago. An issue that could cause leaking due to the flange not built up high enough to properly seat the toilet as it should be (like I said, professional & experienced). He offered two solutions. At the time I chose the less costly one but now aware of what should be done and what to continue looking for in the future. I liked the fact I had a less expensive option for now but will keep in mind what needs to happen.

They were done in about an hour total time. They cleaned up, hauled the old toilet away including the packaging from the new one.

These guys were on point and I'd not hesitate to call either one of them again or anyone else from their co. Much appreciated.

Pat (tech ID 0640) arrived to clear my main drain and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Surveyed the situation to determine what was needed and was upfront about all costs and options before performing service. Roto Rooter charges the same fee regardless of day or time. They will get the job done. Highly recommend!

My Tech was Charles 5498. I was able to get a prompt service call, with in 2 hours. My tech was courteous and professional. He attempted to keep his mess to a minimum (any job like this produces mess). Charles made sure that the clog was well taken care of before leaving the job site. The cost was reasonable especially after I saw what a pain it was. I would use roto-rooter again for my drain problems.

Today I called Roto Rooter and experienced total professionalism from my call to set up and appt ...to our service “jetting” our drains from our gutters. Jason was outstanding, fast and efficient...going the extra step to complete our job before the storm arrived

My sewer was backed up and TJ was the technician who came and he was very kind and knew how to fix the problem as soon as he saw it! Definitely would recommend him and this location!

Robert Johnson (tech no 6549) came to fix our burst pipe. He did a phenomenal job, definitely knew his stuff, and was very kind and helpful!

Excellent service. Service was fast, efficient and area was left clean. I'm very satisfied. Also, serviceman was very courteous.

Kevin was easy to work with, provided suggestions to avoid our issue in the future and was in and out quickly.

We had a sump pump installed and couldn't be happier with the service we got. They estimated it would take about three hours and finished right on the money.

I had a small crack in my building drain in my basement and my sewer line was backing up. I called Roto Rooter thinking that they would provide me with quality service (a thought I would later regret). Roto Rooter sent out "journeyman" plumber Joe Vetter to my home. He spent less than a minute assessing my situation and determined he couldnt do anything without sending a camera down my drain. I asked why couldn't he snake my line first and he claimed that he couldn't because of the age of my home for fear my line would collapse. Joe left my home and sent over two guys to run this "much needed" camera. The camera guys broke my sewer access off of my foundation trying to open it. Then they put the camera down less than 4 feet, until they decided it couldnt go any further because of "partial blockage." They charged me the full $150 for the camera service for less than 4 feet and they were the ones that gave up!!!



The camera guys assessed that I supposedly had a collapsed line and after giving that inaccurate info to Joe Vetter via telephone, he was told to come back over to my home. While waiting for Joe "journeyman plumber" to come back to me house, the two camera guys casually told me in conversation that they are not licensed plumbers and one of them had been on the job less than 2 weeks. And they were the ones deciding what is my plumbing problem and how to fix it!!! Joe arrives and makes some very questionable jokes in poor taste regarding how much money it is going to cost me to fix my problem. (Telling me to wrap a red bow on it and give it to myself for Christmas) Joe said ust to work on the 4 feet area they were looking at would be $1,300. And they might need to remove a tree in my yard and replace my entire line totaling around $6,000!!!



They left and I called another plumbing service who informed me that the ethical and honest thing would have been for Roto Rooter to attempt to snake and then camera my drain. This new service snaked my drain in under 25 minutes (which they said was in good shape, not collapsing) and rebuilt my drain access that the 2 non-plumbers from Roto Rooter broke for a total $300.



I called and complained to Sandy at Roto Rooter about being charged the full camera fee and had my situation assessed my inexperienced, un-licensed non-plumbers. She was very rude and determined that my money was non-refundable. I will never use Roto Rooter again. Please pass it on.
