The service is unpredictable and can be hit or miss. Can at times be very slow.

After a nice M/C ride, hubby & I were hungry! Found a really cute, outdoor place. Although the waiter called me "sir" :\ , drinks were prompt (although not as I had ordered), food took FOREVER! I was willing to overlook the hair in the little potato-thingy, the spoonful of chicken salad supposing to be my 1/2 sandwich, the oil floating on top of soup that had apparently been waiting a while - I WAS hungry and food seemed OK. UNTIL a selfish $#!% sat & lighted a cigar next to our table! I bacame nauseated and quickly left. Will NEVER go again! In fact, I may never eat in St. Charles again, if there are cigars allowed!
